Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide, including all states and territories.

Cost
Free shipping on every order. No minimum spend.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery takes 6–9 business days from dispatch.

Our products ship directly from our manufacturing partner overseas. This keeps our prices lower than comparable mats sold locally, but it does mean delivery takes longer than domestic-warehouse retailers. We'd rather be upfront about that than surprise you after checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to begin updating.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email support@chillpaws.com.au and we'll investigate or refund you.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can resend it at your cost or refund the order less shipping.
